I admit it, I know nothing about American Parakeets! Males have a blue cere, and females have a tan cere (cere is the colored strip across the upper beak by the nares. Nares are nostrils in bird-talk) These babies were an “Oh-Oh” from a customer who has a couple ‘keets’.
They have calmed down into sweet birds that will be very family friendly.
