This Calico Macaw is the hybrid from a large Greenwing Macaw father, and a beautiful Military Macaw mother. The hybrids are very intelligent, good talkers and normally very friendly

She is a DNA female, and she is about 11 months old.

She seems to prefer women over men, and she will test you every so often to see if the rules still apply.  She is very sweet with me, and rolls on her back to have her belly scratched while we watch TV.

      Me too, and Angela owns one of my B&G breeder hens which Angela has completely tamed and sweetened to the point no one would have ever thought she had been a breeder at one time!
