What is a Camilla? It is a second generation hybrid macaw. The father is a Greenwing Macaw, and the mother is a Milligold, which has a Military macaw and a Blue and Gold macaw as parents.
Each Camilla will look a little different, some with lots of red around the head or chest, while others have more green/blue. This one has the coloring of a Harlequin, and will be beautiful!
Personality wise, they are very even tempered from having both the Greenwing and the Blue and Gold in their makeup. This baby will be ready to go home mid to late February 2015. The DNA has returned, and we have a male!
